11/17/13 Attention all Mac Dream Tools users! It has recently come to my attention that some Plain Files archives do not contain an "ip.bin" bootable file. Mac Dream Tool version 1 to version 4 requires that a boot file be present for the Plain Files/Selfbooting process to work. To be able to selfboot these types of archives lacking a boot file in any of these previous versions, follow these steps: 1) Take the "Ip.bin" file located in the included "Inducer" folder. 2) Copy that Ip.bin file to the folder in the Plain Files directory that contains the "1st_read.bin" file. The case of the text does not matter. 3) Follow the steps to run the Selfbooter, it will work as normal now.
